The apartment is extremely well located in the
old town of Puerto Del Carmen. It is only a
minutes walk to all the facilities such as Cafe
Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Harbour etc. The
beach is about ten minutes walk.
We have decorated and furnished the apartment to a high
standard, keeping in mine what we would need to make it a true
home from home for us!
The double bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a safe for your convenience.
The apartment comfortably sleeps four person with the sofa bed in the lounge making another double bed. The bathroom consists of a full bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. A hairdryer and iron are supplied for guest use also.
The apartment comes with all modern conveniences including; Oven, Hob, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster etc. so if you choose to eat in, all is at your disposal! Towels and sheets are supplied and there is a maid service once a week.
To make the most of the stunning sea and harbour views we have fitted a new patio door which extends across the entire width of the lounge/kitchen. You can sit on the spacious balcony and watch the sunset over Fuerteventura.
There is a satellite TV installed and the apartment has T.V, DVD and a selection of books and DVDs for guest use.
